Yomie pun shoot sekali dan both of us bertukar2 kamera & lens...sampai tak tahu gambar siapa shoot...hihihi...first time buat camni. Yang penting pengantin hapy dengan end products.
Tempat kejadian ialah Dewan Hamzah, Klang (Depan MPK). Masa di dewan lebih banyak shoot potraits dengan family dan rakan2. Inilah wedding paling banyak gambar posed hahaha...but we've managed to get some candids too.
To the newlyweds all the best for the future...and it has been a pleasure to shoot your wedding.

The food above are from November babies' celebration at TGIF Subang Parade. The food below is taken one year ago. At MidValley Megamall. Sometimes I had this sudden craving for the Tenggiri Sotong with Rice set. But don't ever eat before watching a movie...too many sambal can give you diarrhea! Last month I eat the Tenggiri Sotong set with Extra rice. Then I eat another set - the pari set with extra sambal....hahaha...spend 30 minits with Mr Tan afterwards before watching Beowolf.

The Indonesian staff are really efficient. They can remember who orders what set. Never makes mistakes too.
Can choose from Tenggiri, Pari, Bawal, Kembung, Sotong, Lala, Udang, Petai and Bendi or any combination. Price from RM6-12 depending on your selection. Extra rice cost extra but extra sambal is Free!
Must have lots of extra water!!

GF baru amrufm!

My new girlfriend..meet Alice, a second hand D80. meters very well. used it to shoot Azhar & Fieza (see below).
Amelie is seconded into a backup/second body now that I have Alice. ideally one is fitted with my 80-200 and one is fitted with the wide 12-24.
And each day brings me closer to my dream D300.......
Combined 5 pics to get this. My second try at multiple exposure combination. Wedding at Teluk Intan, Perak. Fresh from the PC, the rest (about 900++ pics) masih dalam sorting process.

En Aminsharum (amin aje...) orang Pahang. Bentong tak silap. kerja satu Opis dengan Yanie. Sama2 Arkitek. Saya pun baru je kenal dia...tapi chemistry ada la...senang shoot orang yang cool camdia...fotogenik pun ye juga.
So, for the wedding ada juga Rosli (and 2 of his junior photogs) from CST Production (and sorang lagi videographer. Since dah banyak sangat photog, Yanie wanted me to shoot the non-typical shots of the family, overall majlis, guests etc. Since I've already known most of her family and relatives, agak senang buat kerja. Main snap aje....mana2 shot biasa serahkan pada OP yang lain.
Went to Intekma Resort with Masri early to shoot Amin & family bersiap. Then gerak to yanie's house in Section 7. Majlis berjalan tanpa sebarang gangguan. Cuma khutbah panjang berjela da.....Amin dapat setelkan akad dalam 1 shot aje. And lepas nikah berlaku saat2 yang agak menyentuh perasaan....just see the pics and you'll understand.
Food was really good. Ada nasi lemak power (dari port klang), nasi ayam, kuih2 dan macam2 jenis minuman panas. Everybody seems to have a good time melepak.
The wedding cake was a 3 tiered chocolate covered cake...very delish! And disamping pengantin memotong kek, celebrate juga yanie's uncle & aunty yang celebrate their 25th (if I'm not mistaken) wedding anniversary. Matun & Zul (another common friend) juga celebrate their first wedding aaniversary. Last year Yanie is Matun's bridesmaid. This year Matun returns the favour....hehehee.

I get to know Akmal about 4 years back through my best friends Shahrul & Wafi. Akmal pun selalu join us Shah Alamians melepak/karaoke/makan2.
The food served is quite good. Especially the "Rendang Tok". But the high ceiling makes it quite difficult to control the lighting from our speedlight. Learn a lot from Abg Syahrin. And as I'm not the official photographer, had the opportunity to test my 80-200 nikkor. Wish i had a 50mm f1.4/f1.8 to play with under the dim light. A D300 next year should settle all my problem with noise though. My D50 create noise for even at ISO 400. But i think it's still manageable la....just turn into B&W hahaha.
My wish list for myself:
A D80 (as main body, D50@Amelie will be 2nd body) - maybe next week
A D300 - next year June

Nikkor 18-200 VR - March/April (gonna be my travel lens..yeah!)

Location: Section 9 traffic light (in front of concorde hotel), shahrul's house (the balcony), section 7, our alma mater (section 2 school).
The best 7 pics were printed sized 16x24 inch and displayed during their reception at Concorde hotel and were met by very well reviews. I'm very proud of what we've did. Berbaloi bersengkang mata shooting and editing for the couple. Come next year, we'll do package for pre-wedding+gallery at the wedding hall.

| Quote: | Berlangsung pada Ahad 11 November yang lepas...bertempat di rumah keluarga Hidayah (nama manja dayah) di Teluk Panglima Garang. Sebenarnya dayah ni classmate saya masa di UiTM dulu. Dan untuk majlis pertunangan ni dia dah siap booking awal tahun lagi. Rombongan Ehsan sampai lebih kurang jam 12 tengahari (dengan 15 kereta!). Penuh ruang tamu dengan kedua keluarga. Lepas perbincangan, diadakan acara makan-makan. Dan juga diraikan hari lahir adik Dayah selepas itu.
Saya rasa happy shooting majlis tunang seperti ini kerana:
1 - Pressure seperti majlis kahwin kurang sedikit
2 - Photographer dapat makan! Kalau wedding selalunya kena makan ekspress atau tak makan langsung..hehehe
3 - Rumah keluarga dayah memang klasik habis. Subjek yang baik untuk potraiture.
Semoga ikatan pertunangan pasangan kekasih ini berakhir dengan sebuah ikatan perkahwinan, Insya Allah. Dengar-dengarnya tahun depan....jangan lupa panggil Amrufm lagi.

Amru stays with the pengantin lelaki, fariz with pengantin perempuan & anan standby at the mosque. At the groom's house, keadaan agak kecoh....ramai family datang awal. the food was good. I'm torn between eating and taking pics....hehehe
Shahrul decided to release his tension by playing Playstation. That works coz dalam gambar semuanya nampak cool aje. Masa banyak terbuang sebab dia tak reti pakai kain samping. Auntie Bedah and mak pengantin jugak yang menjadi penyelamat. Bergerak dari rumah pengantin around 8.30pm...sampai je terus masuk ke dewan VIP untuk akad nikah. The bride looks lovely in white/pink dress. She looks nervous though. Shahrul acts all confident and when the crunch time comes...he says it all in 1 breath. Sah!
Both families come with a number of entourage. Friends also came to show support. Food (delish!) is provided by Kak Tini rom Hatinie Catering. There's nasi dagang, kuih akok, kuih koci, fresh fruits, roti jala & kari daging etc. Lepas majlis semuanya makan dengan puas hati. Then sesi bergambar dan lompat-lompat.
